Outdoor LED Display Solution for Improved Store Visibility
A P5 mm outdoor LED display project was completed for the İness store in Laleli, Istanbul, taking the store's location and street-level visibility into consideration.
As the store entrance is positioned below street level, visibility of the storefront and products was limited. The LED display system was therefore designed to improve store visibility and present collections digitally.
P5 mm Outdoor LED Technology
P5 mm outdoor LED modules were selected to provide clear image quality at relatively short viewing distances.
The LED modules feature SMD technology, approximately 6500–7000 nits of brightness and an IP65 protection rating suitable for outdoor use.
This allows the displays to remain visible in daylight while providing protection against rain, dust and changing outdoor conditions.
LED Column Cladding Application
A 230.4 × 153.6 cm P5 mm LED display was designed for the column located at the store entrance.
A custom 45-degree CNC cabinet system was used to adapt the display to the shape of the column and improve visibility from different directions.
This design increases the viewing angle and makes the store easier to notice from multiple directions.
Upper Facade LED Displays
A P5 mm outdoor LED display system was also installed across the upper section of the store entrance.
The displays were manufactured in dimensions of 38.4 × 768 cm and positioned according to the architectural structure of the facade.
The wide horizontal format enables store branding, campaigns, products and promotional content to be clearly visible from the street.
Custom Angled CNC Cabinet Design
To improve visibility from the side areas of the store, a 45-degree CNC cabinet system was applied according to the architectural structure.
This design increases the viewing angle of the displays and helps the store remain visible from different directions.
Digital Product Presentation
Because of the store's location, products displayed inside the window had limited visibility from street level.
With the column and upper facade LED displays, products, collections and campaigns can now be presented digitally through high-brightness content.
This supports the physical storefront with digital display surfaces and improves overall exterior visibility.
Same-Day Installation and Commissioning
Installation of the P5 mm outdoor LED display system was completed within the same day.
After image configuration and system checks, the displays were delivered fully operational.
