Our approximately 40 m² P10 mm outdoor LED display project for Körfez Municipality combines 6500-nit high brightness, strong long-distance visibility and cloud-based remote management in a professional outdoor display solution.
Outdoor LED Display Solution for the Municipality Building
As part of the renovation of the existing LED display system on the facade of the Körfez Municipality building, an approximately 40 m² P10 mm outdoor LED display project was completed.
After the old and worn display system was removed, a P10 mm LED display was selected based on the location of the building and the expected viewing distance.
P10 mm Outdoor LED Technology
As the display is primarily viewed from approximately 20–25 meters and beyond, a P10 mm pixel pitch was selected for the project.
The system uses DIP LED modules and provides approximately 6500 nits of brightness.
This allows the display to remain clearly visible under daylight and outdoor conditions.
96 × 96 cm Cabinet System
The LED display was built using 96 × 96 cm cabinet systems.
Receiver cards were integrated into the system to support image quality and display control.
The modular cabinet structure also simplifies installation, maintenance and component replacement when required.
Removal of the Existing System and New Construction
During the first stage of the project, the approximately 30 m² existing curtain LED display on the building facade was removed.
A new steel and profile support structure was prepared according to the facade. The completed LED cabinets were positioned within the structure and lifted onto the building using a crane.
Mechanical connections, electrical connections and display configuration were then completed.
Composite Cladding Integrated with the Facade
To ensure visual compatibility with the municipality building, the surrounding area of the display was finished with composite cladding matching the existing facade.
This provided a cleaner and more integrated appearance.
Cloud-Based Remote Management
At the request of Körfez Municipality, a server and cloud-based remote management system was integrated into the LED display.
This infrastructure allows display content to be managed over the internet without requiring a dedicated computer physically connected to the screen.
Authorized users can update content remotely and control the display from a centralized system.
Installation and Commissioning
After the LED cabinets were installed into the structural frame, the complete display was lifted and mounted on the exterior facade of the municipality building.
Following installation, connections and system configuration, the LED display was delivered fully operational.
